Executive Director

Lindsey Cummins (she/her) is a Kentucky-based curator and writer. She is co-curator of Papertrail and has contributed to publications such as Burnaway and Queer Kentucky. Recent projects include Wave Pool’s Curatorial Residency, Louisville Visual Art’s Curate Purchase Inspire Fellowship and a Curatorial Residency with the Ant Project in Mexico City. Lindsey is a regional arts advisor and current member of the International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art (IKT).

Operations Director

William Smith (he/him) is the Executive Assistant at the Portland Museum and is a collaborator of CeLOUbrate Print, an annual free community printmaking festival. William is experienced in grant writing, event coordination, outreach, and art handling and currently oversees the production and development of The Portland Anchor newspaper. William is a 2026 graduate of Leadership Louisville’s Focus Louisville program.

Creative Director

El Bruner (they/them) is a designer and researcher experienced across UX/UI, visual identity, print, and exhibition design. They value experimentation, documentation and archiving, empathy, and locality. El emphasizes translating research and collaboration into flexible design systems. Interests of their work include communion, aka working with others, the commons, care, and creativity inherent to the digital experience.

Creative Writing Editor

Zachary Poehlein (he/him) is a proud Kentuckian, writer, and co-creator of the zine publication Derby City Midnight alongside his partner Kat O’Dell. Through DCM, he has authored the 2024 book Kentucky Deceased in partnership with the Capitol City Museum and Mother’s Work, a zine issue in partnership with the Filson Historical Society. Born riverside, Zack can be found perched atop a hill in Central Kentucky.

Noah Randolph (he/him), PhD, is an art historian based in Boone, North Carolina. Originally from Louisville, he is currently a Teaching Assistant Professor of Art History and Visual Culture at Appalachian State University.
